NC State picked up its first win of the season against Marshall, but what we already know about the Wolfpack is this offense can score points.
Pulling the trigger for the NC State offense is junior quarterback Ryan Finley. The second-year starter is coming off a 3,000-plus yard season and is off a flying starting in 2017. Finley threw 341 yards on 29 of 36 with three touchdowns and zero interceptions last Saturday.
For his big game in a 37-20 victory over Marshall, Finley is the Week 2 Uplifting Athletes Player of the Week.
In two games Finley 74 percent of his 100 attempts for more than 750 yards and five touchdowns without an interception. His NCAA quarterback rating through two games is a staggering 154.0.
